We offer a competitive hourly wage that ranges from $18.00 to $33.00. Your compensation will be based on your experience, abilities, and day-to-day contribution.

Responsibilities. What you will need to do.

Support the logistics of the construction sites: traffic, transport and installation of signage, inventory management.
Perform exterior maintenance: lawn, shrubs, watering, pressure cleaning, paving stones, snow removal and small seasonal jobs.
Carry out simple installations: shelves, furniture, chests and small wooden constructions.
Ensure the maintenance of vehicles and equipment: washing, interior/exterior cleaning, basic checks and reporting of anomalies.
Carry out interior maintenance: painting, small plumbing repairs, light electricity and various touch-ups.

The requirements. What you need.

Speak and understand French.
Have at least one year of experience as a handyman/woman.
Be able to do simple data entry into electronic forms.
Be versatile and master many of the skills described below.
Be confident in one’s abilities and be willing to develop new skills.
Be in excellent physical shape.
Be committed to your work and be diligent.
Possess a valid driver’s license.
Own a motor vehicle.
Enjoy working outdoors, both in summer and winter.
Enjoy working in a team and contribute to collective success.
Be available to start the working day at the beginning of the day.
Have the opportunity to work full-time or part-time on non-standard schedules (weekdays, weekends, days, evenings).
