Responsibilities. What you will need to do.

  • Perform work in accordance with the crew leader’s instructions;
  • Read and interpret plans and technical drawings;
  • Install, inspect, replace, and repair electrical cables, lighting systems, and other components;
  • Install and maintain control panels;
  • Strict adherence to electrical safety procedures and regulations;
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills;
  • Perform maintenance and service calls;

The requirements. What you need.

  • Hold a valid CCQ Journeyman Electrician license;
  • Hold a valid ASP Construction card;
  • Hold a valid Class 3 driver’s license;
  • Experience in street lighting systems;
  • APSAM training, fall protection, and confined space certification considered an asset;
  • Knowledge of Hydro-Québec work codes and CSEM standards considered an asset;
  • Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented;
