Responsibilities.

- Plan and schedule the sequence and duration of projects under your responsibility;
- Order materials, coordinate workforce planning and subcontractors, and oversee the preparation of purchase orders;
- Develop project schedules, implement work optimization strategies, and monitor on-site project progress;
- Identify and implement solutions to address project delays;
- Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation;
- Implement cost-control measures to prevent budget overruns;
- Review project plans and specifications and conduct site visits;
- Assist in preparing responses to tenders and bid submissions;
- Prepare project documentation, including work plans, cost breakdowns, technical data sheets, and other related documents;
- Estimate costs related to project changes, including scope modifications and unforeseen site conditions;
- Conduct project reviews with your team and senior management;
