Responsibilities.

- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse laborers
- Plan daily tasks and set operational priorities
- Ensure performance, discipline and workplace safety
- Actively participate in operations when required
- Organize and optimize warehouse space
- Manage inventory (materials, tools, signage, and equipment)
- Receive and ship materials
- Prepare orders for construction sites
- Monitor and control losses and equipment damage
- Coordinate material deliveries to job sites
- Manage mobilization and demobilization of temporary installations
- Oversee traffic control signage and temporary equipment
- Provide operational support to project managers and foremen
- Plan preventive maintenance for the fleet
- Coordinate mechanical service appointments
- Monitor inspections and regulatory compliance (registrations, permits, etc.)
- Manage breakdowns and repairs
- Track maintenance and operating costs
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date fleet management register
